How to replace valve guides on a 1994 4.0 OHV????

How to replace valve guides on a 1994 4.0 OHV????

Are they removable? I have new ones but can't seem to budge the old ones.

Usually that's a job for a machine shop.
The heads that I've ever dealt with requires a press to get them out and in.
Then after that, they're reamed to spec.

I also found this too, but it still may require that it be reamed.

I tapped the guide to 3/8-16 and tried a large slide hammer but it wouldn't budge. I am a machinist and have access to a press so maybe I'll machine up a mandrel to press them put

You can use a fine threaded bolt too, grade 8.
