My tensioner/idler pulley blew up today
So i thought i would take a few picture of the fix.

P.S - I know i have to degrease/clean my motor, one of the hoses on my power steering pump broke two days ago and sent fluid everywhere.

yes its alot more quiet now.

 

I bet it is alot quiter, their for a second I freaked out when I saw your tensioner pulley, cause for a 4.0 it looked different than mine, then realized that yours is the older version of mine, LOL, mine has an arm that is spring loaded, yours looks alot like my brothers 6.0 hd chevy pulley except his is facing up.

 

lol ya mine is the older one, its a 92

 

My belt tensioner housing on my 95 split apart last week,just barely hanging on. As soon as i put the 3/8 ratchet on, it just fell apart.

 

really? that sucks lol
