From: Coal Region, MTC to be exact...heart of the coal region.
sarah has a 12158 on hers and it rocks. http://www.performancepeddler.com/de...CT_ID=MAG12158

we welded on reducers so it was 2 1/4 in and out. D likes the 142 series cuz they're polished stainless. either or works well.

The Magnaflow #15679 Rick is talking about is a complete cat-back kit,not just a muffler. It is all stainless 2 1/2" tubing with a 3 1/2" stainless tip.Looks to be very high quality.I am considering it for my truck also.It can be had for $399 with free shipping.I don't think cat-back kits do much for our trucks(3.0 or 4.0) performance wise or mileage wise. But they do sound and look much better than stock.

I can only imagine. My Dynomax cat-back is nice but it is starting to rust out already. No snow here in FL but I do live near the beach so I get the salt air.It is aluminized steel.I guess you get what you pay for.It only cost me $160.Rick got the Magnaflow stainless for about $349 to his door.It is definatley worth the money.I am most likely going to go with the Magnaflow next time.
