I get about 14 mpg city driving, 13 with e85. THats with 235/75 tires.

Wow.. I guess I am blessed!

I generally run it until the low fuel light comes on or is close to coming on.
Takes about 17-18 gallons and I get in the 340 to 380 neighborhood.

You guys might have heard of this but its called the helix power tower plus throttle body spacer it fits on almost all rangers and it says it gives you 22 hp and adds 4 miles to the gallon. and its only $83.00 where I found it. For me thats like adding 68 more miles to the tank every time. I'm definitly thinking about buying it.

those were proven ineffective on the Ranger..

The way I read it
At 70 mph, you use 6% more fuel than at 65 mph.
