Anyone running one???? just curious if there would be any improvments with MSD over stock.

I'd say no improvements on a stock engine.

If you had an old truck with points ignition, then MSD would be a great improvement. But modern vehicles already have electronic ignition systems, so the MSD would be a waste of money.

i think it would give you slightly better fuel economy, but i don't think it would be enough to off set the cost of the system
