OHV swap question
Tech question: replacing the engine in my 1998 B4000 4.0 V6 OHV.
I found a donor OHV from a 1991
The ECU is different.
Will my original wire harness and ECU work? What glitches will I need to overcome? Any tips/advice is welcome
