Oil leak... Help..

SO I have had an oil leak since i bought the truck. About 3 years. I asked them to fix it before I drove off and it never happened. So now i have droped the pan because the leak is coming from the front. Around the cam shaft were it connects to the belt housing. I put a new gasket in and still never fixed it. But I never but a sealant around the pan because I could not pull the pan out. How can I get the pan out? Do I need to drop the front end sus. or what? I know alot about my truck but im stuck on this lil booger. Please help so I can fix this tomorrow.... Thanks so much..

I am pretty sure you have to jack the engine up a little bit to clear the oil pan. I hear its a real PITA. Good luck!
