P0136 AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

You guessed it CEL. Im being told Bank 1 sensor 2 nobody can tell me with one it is. The best answer i got two weeks ago was front drivers side. So i replaced it and the lights back on again after 2 weeks. Today a different guy at the shop told me it was passenger rear. WTF I saw the glossary of codes Fx4wannabe had and it helped but i don't get all of it. Witch sensor is it? And why would the light go off for 2 weeks then come back on if it was the wrong sensor? Some body help!

My understanding is bank 1 (drivers side) sensor 2 second sensor downstream.

Now as far as the light going out, and then coming back on 2 weeks later, i dunno why 2 weeks. Likely would have gone out in the first place because something changed, so it reset, and then realized, Crap same thing is still happening. But usually after a driving cycle the light should come back on (if it is going to)

Now this is USUALLY. We have had countless times here where we have driven a customers vehicle all over, we have had a tech drive the vehicle home, on and on and on, and no light comes back. So we release to the customer, they phone us about 2 hours later. "My Engine Light Came On As Soon as I Left Your Lot"

So why it took two weeks i don't know.

Well i noticed it only comes on under a heavy load first time mash the gas and second time pulling a boat so could this be fuel related lean fuel mixture is in there list of possibilities too. I just went down and reset the code no light drove it no light! Idk Im sure its going bad just not that bad yet.

Short and to the Point: Bank 1 is the PASSENGER Side. Sensor 2 is the One BEHIND your Catalytic Converter. (Look at your CAT, and you will see it. Can't miss it!).
But I want to say something about your Need to Replace it. Have you checked your >>Plugs
