I am trying to ensure I am buying the right part to replace a defective PATS transceiver on a 2003 Ranger. I have found parts online that look right EXCEPT for the electrical connector, so I know there must be some variations depending on model or year. The Ford "official OEM parts finder" does not return anything with numerous query terms.

Does anyone have an OEM part number for the 2003 ranger and good source to buy this?

I noted one online store asked with or without tilt wheel while trying to navigate. My truck does not have a tilt wheel but I can't see why that would make a difference based on the way it is mounted which raises my suspicions about that site.

The truck is on an island off the coast of Honduras with no local Ford dealer to deal with, so I am looking for help from those who have "been there and done that" in the forum.
