power loss with 33s and 3.73s

I was wondering how big of a power and mpg loss or gain I should expect. Keep in mind I do mostly highway driving at 60.
I have the 4.0 ohv 5 speed 4x4 with 3.73 gears

It's gonna be a dog getting up to speed. I'd stay at 31's or regear for 33's

I ran 2 years with 3.73s and 33s. It wasn't that bad. Mostly was a dog at 60 mph+. Then I swapped in some junkyard axles with 4.10s and that helped everything out quite a bit.
