My check engine light came on the other day and the gauge shows 3 stored. 1.P0401- I already fixed the elbow under the radiator hose and replaced the DPFE sensor and 2 and 3 shows P0000. <<< WTF is this... Any Ideas? Thanks

 

Mine always popped that up as well, the real code and then 2 P0000.

I did some googling and it looks like thats just a glitch with the scangauge, the P0000 codes don't mean anything.

If you've replaced possible problem areas with the code it's throwing, simply clear the code and see if it pops back up! lol.

 

I did replace those 2 things about 6 months ago. I have cleared the codes but they just keep comming back. Im sure I will find something else wrong.

 

P0401 is is "exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient." my truck is throwing that code right now and i've already replaced the DPFE, egr valve. and doing the vacuum modulator today. god i hope it fixes it.

 

P0000 is no codes stored.
