Well, I've been checkin the SuperSix Motorsports page on a regular basis wanting to see what is to come for our motor. I was looking at building a 150 prerunner/race truck because of the ease of motor building, but with the SuperSix stepping up to the plate, I think I'm back to stickin with the Ranger. I think we are within 2 weeks of them being available. They just balanced them and are sending them to get plated (painted).

Hey guys, I am the culprit for all of this stuff. Mine is first. My ranger is gettin all the goodies on the super six site.... Its gonna be done soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

SWEET, I knew the heads were out but now i see they have a cam and pistons to go with it.

I wonder if their head package has a better bang for the buck then a supercharger.

I see they went up on the prices for the heads...they were like 1100 six months ago

 

Anybody know how much power you gain with their heads and/or cam ?

 

he is a couple states away, he pulled his motor and shipped it i believe.

well i will tell you what... You can lickem... dont talk to me like you know me, and when i finish the motor, i will spill if i feel like it, if not maybe i will see you on the road one day(highly unlikely) and show you what i got. So why dont u shut up instead of me!!!

 

Well Zach is right, but I have prepayed(just like i did with EE) for most of this stuff and have been patiently waiting for about 4 months now... So if I seem kinda testy with any of my remarks, please disregard!!!

WWHHHOOOAAAHHHH Kick back cracker jack......That was meant to be a sarcastic fun comment. Wasn't try to call you out or call you an @$$hole.....Most guys on here usually post dyno sheets when they get em or give some numbers if they have them. Next time I'll preface my statement with a "this is written with a sarcastic tone." That's the reason I put the " " at the end. If you didn't have any numbers, just say so.

PS - If you ever see me on the road and want to race, go ahead and floor it, but I for one would never run against someone who I know will kick my @$$, what's the point?? Not to mention that I can't believe you would waste your time takin on races like that when they are worthless when it comes to bragging rights.

 

I guess you cant read? ITS NOT FINISHED!!!!!!!! how am i supposed to give numbers when i dont even have an effin engine? I dont have braggin rights and i really DGAF about worthless races... I wouldnt waste my boost on you...

 

First i realize that it isn't finished, second, i realize you don't have a motor, third, when companies build performance parts they usually have numbers to go along with them......therefore it would be possible for you to have numbers on a motor built with the same parts you are having installed without you actually having the motor......

Now lets get this back on topic for the reason I posted in the first place and if anyone sees any actual numbers anytime soon, can you please post as i'm very interested in the parts for a future build up. Especially the durability issues and if the installation of the full line of parts will change to max RPM any. One of the things I will be looking for in the future is if they ever come out with a stroker kit for this motor.

MMMM yummy! GA is only an hour and a half from where I am, so only a couple of hours from him. Looks like the spare engine is going to get some new goodies :) Will put me that much closer to installing it into the truck :)
