im about to order the muffler, should i get the one that has the same size inlet outlet as me thats for chevy v8 trucks or the single in single out universal one?

 

or maybe the 2 1/2 inch offset in and 2 1/2 inch dual out ?

 

getting the terminator weds and hopefully installed weds or thurs, how do u post audio or video clips?

cool, along with the terminator im gettin new 12 inch ss 3.5 inch tips,should i keep them going straight out the back or dump them before or after the rear axle? will dumpin it with the tips make all the much difference?

 

If youre dumping it, then i wouldnt bother to get the tips.. I have mine coming out at 45's looks awesome.

If you already bought those ss 3.5" tips I`d def run those out the back. Dumping makes it louder, but the sound (to me) sounds like a tractor on our trucks. Running over the axle will have a much better sound IMHO.

ok im in a little dilemma, im putting a 5/8 magaflow muffler on my dads 06 xlt for his birthday, Should i give him the stainless tips and dump my terminator after the axle or just run the tips?

 

It's all personal preference man... It's not our truck its yours man, what do you like?? Ill just say dumping it will be louder, since its less to no pipes at all. If you want it deeper not as loud then run tailpipes.. Tips arent going to change much sound wise, so i mean its more for looks. Its what you want and like. Let me know what you decide.

 

think imma dump it after the axle give the tips to my dad

 

would i have to move my spare tire for them to dump it? i mean the shop that installed my 44 put it not far behind the spare

 

just got my muffler and tips in today, do u guys think it would look werid if i dumped it with the tips?

 

got my terminator put on today and had her dumped right after the axle and for a muffler that was just installed, it is dam deep. I cant even imagine her when shes broken in.Got home from my girl's house and gave it a good rev, when i came in the house my mom was like geez jay you shoke the house!on the highway shes fairly quit. Sometime this week im going put up some sound clips
