Trying to get more performance

Im lookin at doing all of this stuff to my truck
Cylinder head porting
Under drive pulley
if i can find a performance cam
Headers/exhaust
throttle body
air intake

And i found a chip its from G-Force High Performance Chips at Wholesale Prices. i was wondering if these actually work i dont feel like spending money on a chip that doesnt work. looking for some input on what im thinkin of doing.

35's? 4.10's? Get some 4.88 gears and spend the rest of the money on gas. Just my .02

Go with this one, if I remember correctly its still yukon gears, they just can't price them as low so they dont list them at it.

4.88 RING AND PINION GEARS FORD 8.8"

Install kit

You could do the install yourself, how good are you working on cars? I would find someone else that has done it before if it was me and get them to help.

I agree, re-gearing will make a bigger difference than anything else. The intake, throttle body and the chip you listed are all garbage.

Re-gear (front and rear of course) with 4.88 gears. If you have to ask if you can do them yourself, the answer is no. They should be installed by an experienced gear shop, and with new install kits. You're probably looking at anywhere between $1200-1500 total. Find a gear shop before you buy gears as they may charge you extra for bringing your own parts and not warranty them.
The cheapest prices I got for gearing/differentials was from Whayne at diffsonly.com, once you figure out what you need.
