Ok so I am new to the Ranger club but not to working on my own car (cars) having built more than one tuner. I have gotten away from building Hondas and Im starting to learn about Fords ohv 4.0. I know there is a world of difference between Hondas B series motor and the Ford ohv 4.0 I plan on doing a full tune up on my Ranger and would love some input on what fluids, plugs, wires, and anything else I should change or even upgrade! Any and all info will be a great help! Thank you .

motorcraft plugs, ngk wires, fuel filter, oil change, k&n filter is what id start with. seafoam the motor too, it helps.
