power rating of a stock 1979 460
I have searched google and cant find the answer to stock power ratings. im coming up with things on how to up power ratings or ratings on engines that have had work just none that are stock

closet i have is from 77 F-150 2wd camper special.
245 hp @ 4200 rpm
371 lb-f torque @ 2600 rpm
234 hp @ 4000 rpm
362 lb-ft torque @ 2600 rpm
thats for the cali engines.

The 460 is capable of alot more then those numbers. Get headers, exhaust, and new carb and that thing will run like a raped ape.
