questions about putting a 302 in my 88 ranger

i have decided that i would like to try and put a 302 in my 88 ranger its 4x4. how hard will this be?

There are several companies that make swap motor mounts, so there is no guess work. Also Advance Adapters uses stock 302 motor mounts and plates that bolt to the crossmember and allow for alot of adjustment to get the motor just where you want it.

yea i guess the hardest part will be gettin a driveshaft made for it i dont think i can use my current one

Driveshaft not a problem. Here are two vendors that sell a few Ranger parts that normally you wouldn't think of. Rear Driveshaft Man 5 Spd 1988-90 Ford Bronco II, Ranger brakes, stainless steel hoses, emergency brake cables, Warn hub
