VA emissions, who has passed?

I am about to move to Loudoun county and apparently they perform a sniffer test. Who has passed such a test with a late-model swapped Ranger?

Thanks!

Well, since you have a 98, they will not do a sniffer test. They will hook directly to the OBD port.

There is a way around doing emissions, but loudoun co is very strict about how you register the car. So that probably wont work out unless you keep it in a garage.
