I'm running a JL XD 200/2 bridged to a JL 8w3v3 in a JL CP108LG box. Amp is under drivers seat and box is behind drivers seat. It's in a 2011 regular cab. Only loose one seat notch which is fine for me at 5' 10" tall.

I have two RE Audio RE-X8's and this is the longest that i have kept a system in a long time! been through 3 different tens, 4 different 8s soo yeah !

 

I have a pair of 8" Cadence Mallets that I have been running in my Ranger for 10 years now. I love them.
People have a hard time believing that they are 8's when they hear it.

Otherwise, I like JL. I had an 8" JL in a Bazooka tube in a VW Beetle years ago. It sounded great.
