93 extended cab

Reccomendations for were i should put a sub with still having at least of of the back seats usable?
i work at a very high end car and stereo shop so making a custom enclosure shouldnt be hard
i just want some other ideas other than taking out one of the seats and putting it there thanks.

going to be really hard if ur still wanting the seats to be usable....go look in the extended cab system setups in this forum....a guy on here made boxes small enough to fit under the jump seats when folded out.

if you work for a shop you should be able to figure something out without asking. i worked for a few shops and have endless ideas flowing for any vehicle i see. do 2 8's glassed into the rear wall. i pulled a seat out and molded my 2 8s there. they sound good, my mold tweaked because i pulled it too soon and it heated and shrunk so it likes to pull away from the wall some. but nothing a few self tappers and some butyl cant fix.

Thanks for that post dromlace
but im thinking of building one in the cubby part of where one of the jump seats is
there is a thread in the how-to's that is very good and will probably just copy his design or something similar and mount my amp either on the back "wall" or on the other side behind the other seat

naw, dont ruin the ranger like that. i would leave the j-seats alone. the box under the seats look clean imo.

but whats custom about that? and much easier to steal. mine is screwed down to the floor velcroed to the wall lil **** will break before it comes out. boxes under the seat are a smash and grab

i dont have people that sit in the seats and even if i do it sure as heck wouldnt be 2 people. only one. and it would be so easy to build one for that little cubby... and put my amp under one of the seats or the back wall
