Make this short and sweet.. Wanting to get a double-din touchscreen CD Player, Navigation, the works. Seeing alot on eBay for 250-300, which is about what I want to spend.. Anyone have brand/model names and/pics and if you're satisfied with it? Would appreciate it.

 

Honestly a good double din is gonna be more than $300
