anyone heard crossfire audio in person before? components mainly..
how are the amps also, are they a good bang for the buck?
and subs? good bass? im gonna run 4 8"s in a down firing box, and im pretty much just putting my faith in my buddy Ian, cuz he is cuttin back the price of the subs/speakers/amps for me since its his shop and im chill with everyone up there

My bro had a Crossfire vr1000 amp. It was awesome, he said that he'll stick with Crossfire amp when he gets a new system. Never had any trouble powering 2 JL audio 10w6's. I assume it was Crossfire audio, considering the amp was a Crossfire.

 

ya. well if the amps are good then thats one part of the equation taken care of, now i just need feedback on the speakers.

 

i had 4 12"s in a ported box and dont like the sound too much. im probally just gonna use my eclipse amp in a 3ch mode and run a front component set and then 2 8"s and call it day..
im probally gonna step it up to Focals tho,

 

i aint goin with crossfires any more, gonna get Atomic 6.5 components up front and 5.25 coax in the rear(maybe a 6.5) off the eclipse amp i got. and get the doors covered in dynamat and call it a day for now then once i sell my lil pit bike the 8s should be goin in shortly after... ill get some pics of the install in decemeber once i do it all and such.

 

i have an amp of theres its a great amp only prop i have with it is it over heats but when i swicthed it to low power from the deck it stoped that great amp over all powers the 2 12s perfectly
