Double din in a 95?

Tried to search but no luck, I'm hoping some of you audio experts can help me. I want a new head unit in my 95 ranger and am looking at a few dbl din units. Problem is everyone ie(crutchfield, best buy) I go to says they will not fit. How much custom fitting is involved??
Thanks for the help
David

it would all be custom installed

the box stores have to consider liability and wont do anything to a customers vehicle if it isn't bolt in.

if you're any bit mechanically inclined, you could do it in an evening by yourself

if i remember correctly a 95 has the new style dash. So yes it will fit. Just a little trimming of the radio bezel on the top and bottom.

dremmel is probably the easiest way of doing it. What i did with mine was, just trim some and then test fit till I had a good fit.
