Anyone built a false deck equipment rack for an extra cab to hide amps and such?

The goal is to hide all the electronics but still provide ventilation

Was thinking of a carpeted shelf 6-8 inches in height that spans the width of the cab and mounting the amps, crossovers and changer to the bottom of the shelf or floor underneath
