right now door speakers are infinity up front and stockers in the back, but they have a good bit of power behind them from my orion 8002, they do fairly good

ear-plugs are for sissy's... :D

12cubes net FTW, i could of fit 14 or so but i would have to build over the wheel wells, wouldn't be hard though

thanks for the complements guys

subs can hold 3-4000rms, ive got both of them on a XX-Goliath which is 5000rms, so in perfect world they have 2500rms apiece

120db is really loud for full range sound like machinery and rock concert, but not for subwoofers and bass, your ears are way more sensitive to higher frequency sounds, but i would say my system is a 150db-ish

never used a brahama extreme, they use XXX motors i believe with a few adjustments, i have had an XXX but still isnt the same

custom built tottie johnson subs FTW

It's impressive - I'll give you that much for sure. Crazy, but impressive. Pretty awesome what sound waves can do to sheet metal!!

But I mean, God, you guys - get real with regards to your hearing. Now, this is coming from a medical background but in the end, it's up to you if you care or not. I'm just saying, based on how the physiology of the ear works.

I mean, perspective on life - that's all I'm trying to get at. You all get into this because you love hearing what you've created - right? Well, just consider this - if you keep it up with out ear plugs or whatever, you WILL be deaf before you're 30. Maybe that isn't certain, but what is, is that you WILL have substantial hearing loss. I'm just trying to make sure you consider what this means - hearing loss is absolute - it doesn't grow back guys - truly, once it is actually gone, that's it - it's final, absolute - gone.

Listen - I support what you guys do - never ceases to amaze me what you all come up with and......each to his or her own. But you just have to be responsible about your hearing because that is the reality of it. Prolonged exposure to high dB sound will do it BUT.....short exposure to really high dB sound will do it also. Hey, I don't even know y'all so take it or leave it - just posting some things to consider.

Rest assured, the way health care works in the great United States, the collective "we" will be paying for your hearing loss some day........

WELL...most of the time you dont exactly listen to the system that loud cause it seems like your going up a mountain and your ears keep popping and eventually hurt. And isnt it true that HIGHER pitched sounds hurt our ears more than lower bass sounds?
