i've had 2 sony headunits, and 3 alpine headunits. imo, the sony decks usually *look* nicer and "flashier" than alpine decks, but as far as sound quality goes, alpine kicks the crap outta sony ;o)

Yeah but over half the spec's on this sony are better than than the Alpine i had. Way louder to.

Alpines are better than sonys..........Im sayin that and I have a Sony....Sonys are loud tho

I have had a Sony HU in ym first Splash, took it out and put it in the Mustang. That thing has to be at least...5 years old and it still kicks!

I am needing a new headunit for my new Splash, and I want it to support DVD MP3's...mmm...mega-music!
