im trying to figure out how to put my lcd screen in the stock radio location can people post pics if they have done this and if soo can u state which size it is

 

It'd be helpful to make your thread title more descriptive. As for LCD screens, I know Gopher18 (I think that's his name on here, it was on Gen-Edge), has a LCD screen in his truck that he fiberglassed in. It looks great.

wow...that is sweet...but what about the AC?

 

the guy who did that (gopher18) was planning on relocating the ac controls to his center console, or lower console or something last i heard... im not sure if he's done it yet.

 

i looked for that guys name and found it but if more people have done it post them up ill post mine when its done u can see the design a few post down "new center console"

 

Here is mine. I'm currently in the process of bondo'ing my bezel with the screen and I'll post pics of that if I ever finish it. It's a 7" Xenarc Touchscreen LCD.

Below is the one I did. I used a Sony XVM-H65 monitor along with a Sony DVX-11A DVD Player. I built a custom center console to hold the radio and the remote location of the HVAC controls. Also, I recently added another billet cig lighter along with a billet 4x4 switch.

I have relocated the A/C controls in the custom center console I built. I currently do not have any pics of that uploaded yet, but maybe will have some tonight.

Can i get some more specs on your set up? what all do you have that connected to ( i can see the rearview camera) but what else? that looks like exactly what i would loke to do soon.

 

What all do I have the LCD connected to?? Just the backup camera and my carputer.

Specs for the PC: M10000 Motherboard, 512MB PC2700, XP Pro, DVD/CDRW Slim, 30GB Laptop HDD, Xenarc TSV, Carnetix + PW70A, Rikaline 6010 GPS, D-Link USB Wifi, 120* Rear View Cam, XMD1000

 

ok figured there was a carputer in there, i probably should have just looked through your posts lol is there an existing thread with a pic of where you mounted your reverse camera?
