looking for a new sub
at the moment, i have a 12" kenwood sub. its great, but i bought a new box, something slimmer, hoping the sub would fit in it, it didnt. its too deep.
can anybody suggest a slimmer sub? but that still has good sound...
this is my current sub, and i love it, but i'd like a little more room behind the seat.

A little due to less magnet strength and less excursion, but as long as you get a quality shallow mount sub I think you'll be satisfied. Just make sure you current box is in the range of recommended air space for the new sub.
You live in Vegas so I'm sure there's someplace to buy a shallow sub. I actually like all of Pioneer/Premier subwoofers. I have a 10" Premier and it's loud as heck for a 10 with only 475 watts.

That sub is pretty nice.
How many watts are you pushing from your amp?
