I have the Xpress Rc I dont have a tape deck and Im not using a fm transmitter

I have one wire going out to my antenna it then uses a little deal and wraps around the antenna base. Then the XM antenna on the back of the cab I have my radio tuned to 103.1FM and it comes in just fine

I bought a cig. lighter replacement at Autozone used the wires off it hooked into the radio hot wire and one to the ground and the 12v adapter is plugged in it behind the dash

direct wire fm module. works just like an fm transmiter only it is directly wired in to the radio antenna. you unplug the antenna from the stock radio plug it into this box and then out of the box plug that end into the radio then your xm antenna plugs into that box and out of that you run the antenna to the xm unit. better sq no static. i personally just got around to installing one on my sirius unit last friday and i notice a huge difference. at work when we install a sat radio we highly recomend you have us install this part.i have probly installed 150 of these http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...0XMFM1&tp=1251
