i got a pair of 6x9s cheap and they sound really good, i want to use them somewhere in place of the rears seeing as you can't even hear them, so i was just wondering if anyone had some ideas on how to mount them? preferably not in the factory locations. maybe in small boxes somehow attacked to the roof or something? give me any ideas you have.

 

Stereo sound does not have rear channels.

 

make like triangular shaped boxes that fit into the top corners of the roof, if you can picture what im saying

 

i had a buddy who cut the shape out of diamond plate and put it in the little hole we have in the back doors...
