Pioneer- has better specs, and overall looks nicer, the kenwood looks cheap to me. Does Pioneer use XM or Sirius? If you're concerned with that, i'd stick with Sirius, it came with my Dish Network subscription at my house and its awesome compared to my XM, plays better music, people ive actually heard of.. im getting ready to say bye bye to my XM subscription in my truck. But my Panasonic is XM ready.. anyway to use sirius instead or am i stuck with XM?

If you would be willing to spend an extra $50 you could go with the Alpine CDA-9856. Its got everything you need and looks really cool.

If not then I vote Pioneer also.

I've got a Pioneer HU and the iPod integration kit, ran into the glove box. Sounds great and works like a charm.
