I don't know if you're looking for a multiple sub setup, but here is my single sub setup. The passenger seat is functional and one person can ride back there about as comfortable as can be expected in the back seat of a Ranger.
I can't remember the internal volume of the sub box, but I think it's ~1.5 cubes. Pretty basic but it works well and the seat can go all the way back and recline way beyone usable/driveable.
whoops, I see you have two subs! Oh well. Good luck

Thanks! Yes I have 2. Not sure how much volume of air I need. It can very somewhat.
I was thinking of making a box to sit underneath the rear seats. But then I do not think I would have enough volume.
I may make a long box that is easy to take out when I need to haul someone. I only use my rear seat for longer trips to quad races. When I do need to haul a extra its ussually only a short distance and then they could just deal with a box lol

my box has 4 subs so i cant help on design, but heads up, ive heard that downfiring the subs makes the truck vibrate alot more, causing more noise, the subs dont sound as good as facing front and that facing the subs down may cause strain on subs, depending on the brand of sub, causing the sub to prematurly fail

It is 1.3 cuft sealed. Originally built for an Image Dynamics IDMax 12 but that was damaged in shipping so I ended up with a Sound Splinter RLP. Still can sit one back there without much room loss. I designed it to sit below the rear speaker, the passenger seat can slide all the way back and tilt almost all the way down.
