New system, please help choose Amp!

Hey all,

So after alot of researching and reading for the past week I bought a head unit & a set of components. Then im using an old 12" sub of mine. I am looking to build an SQ system. After getting all those pieces together I got COMPLETELY lost when it came time to picking an amp. After looking at what the speakers are rated at as well as the sub and including the head unit im very confused. The numbers don't add up to me at all. My intention was to have a set of components up front and sub in back so i figured for versatility to go with a 4-channel and just get a amp where I can bridge 2 channels for that one sub. But again I have no clue what to look for, do all 4-channels allow you to bridge channels or not?

Heres what I have already:
head unit: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...-P2300DVD.html

component set: http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAu...ar_OPTI61.aspx

I know Lanzar is considered junk but those Optidrives have had nothing but amazing reviews and for the price...damn but do you really think the components really handle 200W RMS and 400W Peak? That seems a little embellished! This is part of what is throwing me off cause alot of these amps are underpowering the RMS rating of these speakers.

old sub: Rockford Fosgate Punch HE2 DVC 12"...model #RFP2212
http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftec...oofers_MAN.pdf
old crappy pdf....specs look to be impedance 4ohm x 2, 400/800W power handling

Was going to build a downfiring box just like the one attached. As well as use Knu Konceptz amp & speaker wiring kit.

Here are the amps I have looked at after reading what you guys suggest, please choose one for me cause im soo lost and don't want to have any issues with my system:

Audiopipe - http://www.vminnovations.com/Product...Amplifier.html

Hifonics - http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAu...cs_ZXi804.aspx
http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAu...cs_ZXi804.aspx

MB Quart - http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAu...rt_FX4100.aspx

Visonik - http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...-VK1600.4.html

Autotek - http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAu...ek_M14004.aspx
http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAu...k_ATX9504.aspx

Power Acoustik - http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...TAX2300-4.html

If there are ANY other amps that are a good bang for buck and fit this system setup well please please point me in the right direction. My budget on the amp is probably under $150. I really like the Audiopipe, Hifonics & MB Quart amps but that Visonik seems to pack Tons of power for the price. Thoughts? You guys have already helped me tons in choosing a killer setup for my toy (1994 T-bird SC) and I went with all DC Audio and built a custom fiberglass box for it but when it comes to crunching the numbers I have a tough time wrapping my head around it. Any help is much appreciated because Im overwhelmed right now!

Thanks,
Brandon
