Non CD, USB type head units

Drove the truck to my dads today to haul some tree & brush stuff. About an hour away. Really getting tired of my stock AM/FM CD unit, I don't even own CDs anymore so I'm stuck with static filled FM out there...blah

Anyway, was looking into getting one of the Kenwood or Pioneer non CD head units. Not interested in a super expensive double DIN unit or anything crazy, the truck will never have subs or anything in it. Just a weekend driver. I do want the ability to play music from my Iphone or a flashstick, I really dont own any CDs anymore so I dont need that. Kinda leaning towards the Pioneer MVH-8200BT since it also has the bluetooth function and it has the USB port on the front. Also has the mini-plug so I could grab the Sirius tuner out of my work car and plug it in the truck if I wanted if I got another antenna. Looks like both have RDS which is finally a useful feature in aftermarket head units.

Also have considered this one but kinda like the front ports on the Pioneer better...

Anybody have one of these and opinions? Thanks
