Quick question about the Tremor system

The question I wish to ask is about the head unit, I've never seen anypics of it. I want pics of the back of the headunit, Does it have RCA's? Could i just have the headunit and use whatever i please. I like the look of a double din, and the headunit Ford used.

IM asking this beacause I want, no NEED a headunit, If i can't use the Tremor headunit, is there another double din in the world that would fit?

yeah, tremor unit plugs right up, theres 3 harnesses on the rear, and you can plug in your stock 1 harness and the other 2 arent used and it works perfectly fine

So there are RCA's so I could hook at least TWO aftermarket amps to the head unit?

Whats it's power output compaired to my 6-disc?

How many CD's can it hold?

And that thing has a tape deck?

1 CD, and it looks like one tape also. I think the power output is pretty similar for only the headunit. The Tremor system comes with an amp so there's no reason to have the headunit putting out astronomical wattage by itself.

I've never seen any pictures of the unit though... that does look pretty good!

I will take one of these though!

The Tremor/Pioneer systems vary from year to year. Earlier versions were dual media CD/casette and later are six-disc. Early models have an external amp for the subwoofer only, later ones have an external amp for all of the speakers. The rated system output ranges from 485~510W. AFAIK, none of the Tremor HU's have RCA preouts.

nope, no RCA preouts, its all in the wire harness, i did however use a line out convertor on the harness for the amp to run a nonstock amp, but its not as good as just having an RCA

and yes, the version i have has a cd player and tape, and can connect to a factory disc changer
