The truck my brother bought has a decent box setup and speakers in his truck. Of course he's out of money and looking to sell stuff. He has a Rockford Fosgate PL2-112 sub box, a Punch 325.2 amp, and Pioneer door speakers. The box says 4 ohm, 200 watts RMS/400 peak. Looks new and sounds awesome.

I'm not out to screw him by any means. So my question is how much is this stuff worth?

I have a 325.1, it's a solid amp. I think I paid $250 Canadian for it new. I would pay $1-150 for it used in good shape. They usually bench-test at much more than the rated power, mine bench-tested at 435 watts RMS. Pioneers, depends on what kind, but I bought 4-way 6x9s for $100 new. I'd give $40-50 for those ones.. The sub, no experience with it but according to Rockford's site it retailed for $320. Rockford Fosgate® - PL2-112
