sirius mount pictures
nice, i was actually going to do the same exact thing, but decided not to because i wanted to keep both cup holders.
instead, all i did was use my sirius windsheild mount and had the arm sticking out of the cubby hole next to the airbag on-off switch. it puts the unit in the same exact possition as yours, but leaves the cupholders open for use.

yeah i was gonna go for not taking up a cup holder but **** i have 6 of em. so y not use one. i used to have this unit mounted in my father 01 eldorado via vent clip that sucked it would fall out, then i had a metal bracket i made that mounted it under the center consol trim panel that was nice. gatorblue92 i like yours it is clever. i have mine hard wired in to i am gonna move the wiring to an acutal switched instead of a constant so it turns off when i turn the truck off then where it is attach now i am gonna hard wire in my phone charger and run that wire into the center consol or the cubby hole behind the sirius mount.
So does anyone know if that "center counsel" with the two cup holders will fit in an 2007? Because if it does I want to get one for my truck the 2007 ones suck no cup holders down there just a big open spot. I have cup holders that are mounted on the seat.
So how did you guys mount your antennas?
I was thinking I would go out behind the third brake light but I'm concerned about it leaking so I've got it going out through the rear door seal for now. But it doesn't look right and I'm picky about the details.
Oh and I have my receiver mounted to the duct beside the steering wheel. Best spot for it in my opinion because it is within easy reach and view but out of the way.
My mount:

And my temporary antenna location:

ya know i couldnt get a good spot for my antenna so i have it run out the passanger door under the molding and mounted right next to my antenna. it works good. i had it on the dash but when driving threw a treey neighborhood i would go in and out of service.
So I returned the Stiletto cause I didn't like it and bought a Sportster 5. I like it cause you can change the colours on the display to match the dash colours. Plus it also has an external FM wire antenna to transmit to the factory stereo better.

Then I also found a new/permanent spot for my antenna. I had to notch the light slightly and seal it back up. It looks a lot better and I get great reception also. I still have to clean the silicone up a bit cause I ran out of time.

I just want more cup holders lol
Here is mine. I had factory sirius in my truck but liked some of the features of the sportser5 as well as i wanted a dock so i can transfer it between vehicles instead of just having it in the ranger.
I used the factory roof mounted sirius antenna so no visible wires. I used the stock winshield mount and removed the suction cup and mounted it in the little cubby hole under the hvac controls, i have the power supply hidden bhind the dash and used the aux in beside the mount instead of fm modulating it.

It looks a lot nicer in person than in the pictures for some reason, but they come stock in some mazdas. STX model rangers have the c/f bezel but no 4x4 switch. I saw an 07 mazda b4000 4x4 in our shop that had one and it had the spot for the airbag light and 4x4 switch. I called the local mazda dealer we deal with and ordered one up for an 07 b4000 and it was identical, but in carbon fiber obviously, as my ranger
My old XM Radio..

you can see the antenna right on top of the bezel, I did not want to risk my third brake light leaking, worked, only lost the signal when I was going down a big hill. Know it is not sirius but you get the idea. Sold it after a year, bought an iPod Nano cause I am a poor college student who needs that 12.95 a month to pay for gas..
