Mine is factory, but I would mount one on the roof by the door. You can hide the wire behind the weatherstripping.

yea that 2010 had it factory it would be awsome to use a factory antenna but for the price i find them for ill just use the sirius one in the package plus drilling a big hole in my roof would be scary

It doesn't have to be outside. You can tuck it in the corner of the dash next to the A-pillar and hide the cable from there. Picks up just fine there too. Just be very careful not to kink the or scafe-up the cable...it's a goner if that happens.

Id run it up the pillar, under the headliner, and out the 3rd brake light. Ive already had to run new wires to the bed lights that way and its a piece of cake.

threw the windshield molding would be rediculously hard and would prolly make it leak it was really easy going threw the 3rd brake like plus its got a little gasket on it so no leaks just to be safe i put some silicon on the light before reinstalling it pretty sure it didnt need it and it was over kill but id rather be safe than sorry after all the hard work i put into my sub box i would hate to have a leak and blow out the mdf

I put my antenna on the drivers side of the cowl by the windshield wiper arm. Only problem I have had so far is I had to clean the 20 inches of snow that we got from one snow storm as I couldn't get any signal thru the snow. The antenna wire comes around the A-pillar on the outside to the inside and up the A-pillar behind the plastic cover across the headliner to my radio. I used about 3 feet of the 20 feet of cord they give you. Worked really slick and after a year and a half, still have no marks on the wire where the door seal hits it.
