Just seeing where people mounted their cb radio? Wants to hear some ideas or pics! Thanks..

Haven't mounted mine in the truck yet so I can't help ya much.

Just to fit in:
Usually I mount them to home built OHCs but this time I am aiming at the front of the center console. Oh ya, after I put the console in. the new CB is tooooo big to fit much of anywhere else.

i mounted mine on the back of my shorty console

 

I mounted mine under the radio and have one of Alon's antenna brackets holding a 4ft. Firestik fiberglass antenna. This was a temporary setup with an old radio, but it works so well, I probably won't mess with it. I have a mobile scanner I'd like to install, but I haven't decided where I want to put that yet. May need to relocate the CB.

 

 

hey we bought our trucks from the same place. well atleast i bought mine from where yours came from according to that sticker.

 

I mounted mine under my drivers seat. Not the most accessible to adjust and whatnot, but I like it because it is out of the way.

 

haha thats awesome! Yep it was originally from New york, and whoever owned it before me made its way to North Canton, Ohio. Small world!
