Stock CD-6 MP3 error

Hey everyone, I just got this head unit off of a member on gen-edge, i put it in and it says that all slots are full, but it won't eject. It tries for a minute and then says ERROR 9A6F..any ideas? I really hope I didn't get screwed by this guy

Aw crap, I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that HU is toast. That error code means the changer mechanism is busted. I suppose its possible that it was damaged in shipping (most people don't know how to put them in ship mode, or even know that ship-mode exists) or its possible you were duped.

I know this is an old topic, but I had the head unit re-built by Ford, put it in shipping mode, and shipped it wrapped up very securely, before I mailed it to him. I wasn't trying to screw you Parker, and in fact last time I talked to you you said that it worked great and everything was fine. ???

It wasn't my intention to point fingers, about one out of 50 radios that I get reman'd from Ford are "fail on installs," despite being in ship mode and properly packaged. These head units are simply very fragile.

I know Brian, I'm not upset with anyone, just a little dazed and confused. The last time I spoke with Parker he told me everything was going fine and it worked perfectly, .
