sub and amp ?

so im getting a kenwood kac-9102 amp
http://www.cardomain.com/item/KENKAC9102D
i was wondering if i would be able to push an l5 or l7 efficiently without overpowering the amp. i was thinking only a 12" sub.
thanks

that amp can make 850 rms at 2 ohms and the 12" L7 needs 750? rms. so yea that amp should do just fine. btw L7s pound..even the 10"s

Capacitors are a waste of time, you need to upgrade what is called the "Big 3". Check it out:
