if you measure cafefully, and cut carefully you might be able to put them side by side, then build the box up to give you the needed air space

do 2 on the top and 2 in the front. just make sure the magnets dont hit eachother when there bolted down. or do 2 on the ends and 2 on the top. i have 1 on the side reflecting off my passenger side door and its pretty loud. the sub has backpressure from the side of the door.

The 2 on the top and 2 in the front is what i've been thinking about doing. I think it'd be the easiest design.

it wont sound as good as it should with 2 on top and 2 facing the front. you can run no chambers for each sub if their all blowing air the same way, but when they blow air in different directions, the air hits each other and wont sound that good. if you wana do it that way, i sugest getting subs that dont require alot of airspace and bulit them in 4 different chamber or 2 chambers if you can. imo...my friend has his like that and it just sounded ok. if they allfaced the same direction, that whole truck would of shaked...hahaha

I would like them all facing the same way, but it is going to be one tight fit. I have 52" from door to door the four subs take up 48". I might be able to do it if I left .5" inbetween each sub

eh...tight fit when they all face the same way. 3 would be cool and nicely space. what about it they face the same way but no level. like 1 lower, 1 higher, 1 lower, 1 higher and then 2 will be kinda higher and 2 will be kinda lower

that actually might work. I just got these from a friend and i threw his box in my truck. It kinda fits but i want to make something that will fit a little better. I'll post a pic here in a little bit

ebay has cheap boxes. dont ever get one from ebay. they are made cheap and you can build one for alot less if you count the shipping prices. they say it will hold 5000 watts. im like wtf . a piece of wood can only take 5000 watts. they dont no what they are talking about. and the ports are always wrong for your woofer that you are going to run. they say it will be ported at 25db. 25db in a port is way to low. it wont be loud and they dont have ur woofer to decide what port length and diameter would be to make it sound good.

my buddy did this with his SPL's, granted, they aint that great, but they sounded like ****. too much pressure in the box (sealed) or something.

what about buying 2, dual sub boxes and stacking them on top of each other?

got a friend up the road form me with a bagged s 10, he had 4 12s and hated them, i talked him into 2 l7 12's and he is louder then he was with the 4...

Rule of thumb...Quality over quantity my friend, i have 1 L5 10 and whopped a f150 with 2 punch stage 2 15s...with less watts and less air space...
