Well I finally choose one
After debating on which brand I wanted I finally picked an Alpine.

It comes with a free iPod adapter. What do you guys think?

i have the alpine CDE-9852 which is pretty much the exact same thing but a different color and the one your lookin at is probably newer, but with mine i have no complaints. i also have the iPod adapter and that is great. i personally cant complain about. i would go for it.
and your truck is awesome.

You'll love it. I just installed a system a few days ago in a 02 stang and that was the HU that i put in it. From what little i used it, it was pretty nice. Plenty of options and settings, user friendly, and looks great. Hope you enjoy it!

its a nice head unit, my girlfriend just got it installed with infinity speakers and subs and it sounds awesome, just throw your mp3 player in the glove box and the stereo does the rest.. the only thing it doesnt have is a remote controller but its not like your far from your deck... but its been great so far!
i have the one right below it. the 9881 and i love it. i wish i would have found that one tho just because i want the sat. radio option. but mine has a built in cable for the ipod

Well I got the CD player in today I installed it. It took me a couple hours since it was my first time installing a CD player. I drilled a whole in the bottom slot so I could run my iPod cable through there.
Nothing to difficult. The directions from Crutchfield.com were great and the supplies were all there.
Here are the pics.
