will double din fit?

will double din fit?

i have a 97 ford ranger xlt, wondering if a double din dvd player/reciever will fit. is there cutting needed?

yep it'll fit. you just have to trim the upper and lower lips on the radio bezel opening.

Dremel is probably best. You can easily make the precise cuts.

I like my lithium ion cordless model. The thing just keeps taking a beating and runs forever. Plenty powerful too.

I was checking this out the other day. I believe best buy carries a DDIN bracket for that years opening or the one newer so that you can fit those in without any worries while keeping the manufacturer look
