i sold my pioneer 8600 for 230$, it had color screen and more sound options than you needed, it was cool, i still like pioneer, if they come out with a 8700 i might have to get it

I am looking at headunits as well, Jared. I saw that one, but I don't know...I love Pioneer speakers and Sony Headunits. I've never had a Pioneer HU, but that one looks goofy. I like symmetrical things, though.

I am looking at this one.

Considered this, but for double the price, it only offers 6 more watts RMS and a color screen. With that money i am saving, I can get my speakers!

I had bad luck with Sony HU's in my old Camaro. Of course, this was almost a couple years back, so maybe quality has gotten better, or I just caught two bad ones in a row. Always had Pioneer speakers, they worked well enough and never failed on me. Went to an older Pioneer HU I had lying around, from 2000-01, worked perfect in all its beaten glory.

I had my Sony CDX-M600 since like, Senior Year High School 5 years ago. Still ticking to this day. Been in 2 different vehicles; the first Splash and the Mustang.

I'm kinda digging the Pioneer DEH-9600MP, after you all say Pioneer is the way to go.

I wish I could go play with this stuff.

Hey, I just had an idea.

I'll buy a Japanese version, either an "Add Zest" [forget who makes it] or a Pioneer made brand called, "Carrozzeria".

Hmm..ideas...

Hmm...the DEH-9600MP is the same as the Japanese DEH-P088. Also, it has TONS more information, but I can't read it.

Has a nifty Flash animation and more pictures than the USA site, too.
