New to the group so please forgive me if this has already been asked. Has anyone else had the problem with the blue oval Ford badge on the front fascia and tailgate delaminating? Any suggestions? I have a 2006 and the same happened on my previous 1998.

 

Those big one are not worth a c**p. You see them delamed all over town. And, Ford wants north of 50 bucks for them. I think they were made by Fiat. Know they were made in Italy.

I would say 99% of those 2006-2011 blue oval emblems do that. It's actually a factory defect, and Ford should have done a re-call on them.
But you know how Ford is, they won't own up to anything unless they absolutely have to. I'm still waiting on my 2004 airbag deflator switch to be replaced. God only know when they'll replace that.
