what kindof soap? car washing soap or dawn or what?
If I use this on my bumper will there be any visible scratches?
Can I use it on chrome plated plastic?

I dont know if anyone is still looking for a good and quick way to clean chrome even with rust spots forming, I have always used a wire wheel rim cleaner for the old school spoke rims you spray it on and wash off it washes away everything from the rust(unless the rust is out of control already ie deep pits or holes) to tar and road paint. I think its the quickest and best way for me, I was the head of detailing for a few dealerships before going back to school last fall. Not that it takes a genius to detail a car but, you learn a lot over the years of doing it 5-6 days a week
