A couple wax/clay bar questions

To those of you who use clay bars... do you wash after you use it before you wax the vehicle?

Also... I have a plastic bumper protector that sticks on to install. Is it better to put it on before or after I wax the car?

Right on, thanks. Going to skip the polish step as the car hasn't hit 15,000km yet (aka ~9300 miles!)

Will do for sure! It's the Mazda though not the truck. That'll be next weekend's project!
