Got 'er done.

Over the past few days I tackled the rust with the POR15 kit and it came out nice! I am still thinking about bedlining the outside frame rails.. the spare tire winch was so rusted I just decided to leave it off, I don't have a spare anyway. Still doing touch up here and there and this week I hope to do the driveshaft and move forward with the front frame rails. I only used about half a quart of it so far and the finish is rock solid. I am aware the right shackle mount is completely rotten lol, replacing that soon.

Looks good. I was thinking of doing the same thing. how many coats did you use and did you just brush it on?

At my local paint store but you can buy it on amazon. Get a quart of POR15, some Marine Clean and Paint Prep.
