Icon5 Headlight and taillight cleaning/sealing

Truck sat for about a year before i bought it, one of the taillights filled with water and i was able to dry it out, and the aftermarket corners are molded, one even has a rock chip in it.(Don't know if that effects the ability to take them apart)

Looking for some help/advice for taking apart, cleaning and resealing (products, methods etc.) my aftermarket Head/tail lights.
Also i have read some about "Headlight mods" and painting them etc, anyone got a link to one of those? interested in checking them out.

Those lights look bad enough that I would probably get new ones

i would just get new lights because trying to fix them may make them worse since all the damage is inside the housing itself and you'll save yourself a lot of frustration taking them apart
